Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pace collects, why, and how to delete it. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Account: email (and a phone number if you add one)
  • Profile: name, birth date, gender, city, hometown, sports, photos, prompts, height, languages, job, education, and optional details you choose to show
  • Activity: likes, passes, matches, chats, training invites, blocks, and reports
  • Device: a push-notification token if you turn notifications on
  • Discovery preferences
  • Waitlist email if you join from this website

Where it lives

  • Profile data, chats, and photos are stored on Supabase (hosted Postgres and file storage)
  • Photos go in a private “profile-photos” bucket and are shown via short-lived signed URLs
  • A draft copy stays on your phone so the app works offline
  • Waitlist emails are stored so we can invite you when Pace is ready

Who can see it

  • Other Pace users can see your profile if they pass discovery filters and neither of you has blocked the other
  • Matches can see your chat
  • Pace can read reports you file and may review reported profiles
  • We do not share your data with advertisers

How long we keep it

  • We keep your account until you delete it
  • Incoming likes expire after 7 days
  • If you pause your profile, people cannot find you on Discover; matches can still message you
  • Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or we close the waitlist

Delete your data

In the app, Settings → Delete account removes your auth user, profile, photos, likes, matches, and chats from our servers. It cannot be undone. You can also email support@meetatpace.com and we will delete the account (or waitlist email) for you.

Children

Pace is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
